Mona practices in Irvine, California and has been teaching Yoga to older adults and seniors since 2004.
Mona has her Yoga teacher training from Yoga works and her Yoga Therapy from Loyola Marymount University.
She teaches a variety of classes on zoom and in person to different age groups.
She also has extensive experience with lower back and shoulder problems.
