A short energizing flow with breath work that takes time to guide you through the transitions and help you find the way the movements fits your body with the systematic technique of Yoga .
A longer community class to help you connect more deeply with your breath, lean into advanced poses with more confidence to your practice to the next level.
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.

Mona holds a National Certification in Yoga Therapy C- IYAT from Loyola Marymount University.
Mona has been teaching Yoga for more than a decade.
Mona's educational background is Optometry she received in 1992 from Buskerud University College in the country of Norway . Her knowledge and better understanding of human anatomy and physiology helped her to deepen her own experience in the filed of mind and body. Being able to overcome some obstacles , physically & emotionally in her life Mona decides to share her way of keeping the mind and body healthy and happy.
Mona lives in Irvine ,California and has two boys. She has been teaching Yoga to older adult and senior population since 2004. Mona has her Yoga teacher training from Yoga works and her Yoga Therapy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
She teaches a variety of classes on zoom and in person to different age groups. .
She also has extensive experiences with low back and shoulder problems.
