A transformative two-hour workshop, that will embark on a holistic journey towards balance and well-being through a seamless blend of rejuvenating practices. The session begins with gentle stretches and mindful breathing exercises, inviting a sense of harmony into the body. Moving on to the fluid movement of joints, participants will unlock tension and promote flexibility, laying the foundation for a deeper experience. The yoga nidra body scan, accompanied by live instruments and the soothing resonance of gongs and singing bowls, creates a meditative soundscape that guides individuals into a profound state of relaxation. As stress begins to dissolve, the workshop culminates in a meditation aimed at fostering a centered mind and balanced emotions. Through this harmonious synthesis of physical movement, sound healing, and meditation, participants will leave with a renewed sense of tranquility, having nurtured their well-being on multiple levels.
I am a certified yoga therapist with a passion for helping others discover yoga's transformative power. I focus my practice on the specific requirements of an aging population.
My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space for participants to develop their breathwork, mindfulness, and alignment.
